Kevin J. Weber, 47, of Judge Rd., Alabama, is charged with menacing 2nd after allegedly threatening another person with a knife on Judge road in Alabama on December 14, 2017.
Weber was transported to Alabama Town Court and arraigned. He was held on no bail.
A full stay away order of protection was also issued against Weber.
He is to re-appear in Alabama Town Court on January 4, 2017 at 2:00p.m.
