STATE POLICE REPORT/Wyoming County/Wyoming man charged in domestic incident

A Wyoming man was arrested for aggravated harassment 2nd – communicated threat, criminal mischief 4th – intent damage property, menacing 3rd and harassment 2nd – physical contact after a domestic dispute on December 7, 2017.

Aaron T. Cory, 25, of Wyoming, NY Cory was involved in a domestic dispute and was placed under arrest and transported to state police barracks in Warsaw, NY.

Cory was arraigned in the town of Warsaw Court in front of Judge Errington and committed to Wyoming county jail in lieu of $2500.00 cash or $5000.00 bond. A order of protection for the victim was issued by Judge Errington.

Cory is to appear to the town of Perry court on January 10, 2018 @ 6:00p.m.

On November 30, 2017 at 11:30a.m., Troopers arrested Lasandra E Allen, 37, of Rochester, NY, for introducing dangerous contraband into prison 1st ,a felony, and violating state sanitary code.

State Police received a call from DOCCS K-9 that a vehicle had been alerted on. Allen admitted to having K-2 synthetic marijuana and was attempting to bring it into the detention facility.

Allen was released with an appearance ticket to appear in the town of Attica on December 11, 2017 at 9:30a.m.

On December 2, 2017 at 9:15p.m., Troopers arrested Christine L H0sttottle, 46 of Parkersburg West Virginia for driving while intoxicated, speeding, failed to use headlights and operating motor vehicle with broken glass.

Hostottle was stopped for speeding on Rt. 39 in the Town of Pike. Hostottle was placed under arrest after failing the standardized field sobriety testing and was transported to State police barracks in Warsaw for processing. Hostottle recorded a .08% BAC.

Hostottle was arraigned in the Town of Pike Court in front of Judge Husted. She was released to a third party and issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Pike Court on December 19, 2017 at 7:00p.m.

On December 2, 2017 at 12:09a.m., Troopers arrested Christopher Wergen, 32, of West Falls, NY, for operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs 1st, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and license restriction violation.

Troopers responded to a 9-1-1 call for a male subject walking in and out of traffic on School road in the town of Eagle. Upon arrival, a multi colored van was located parked on the side of the road with a jack under the front bumper, the front driver side tire had blown.

Wergen was located walking in the road and on his way back to the vehicle carrying three cans of beer.

Wergen was slurring his speech and extremely unstable as he was stating he was the operator of the vehicle. Wergen was given field sobriety tests and failed and was placed under arrest. Wergen had stated that he was taking Adderall and Suboxone. A drug recognition expert was contacted for an evaluation of Wergen in which the DRE stated he was impaired by drugs.

Wergen was released to a third party and is to appear in the Town of Eagle court on December 11, 2017 at 7:00p.m..
