Rae C. Cook, 28, of Glibert St., LeRoy, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly punching a nurse while at the UMMC Emergency Room at 127 North street on December 12, 2017.
Cook was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on December 19, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
Sean M. Haugh, 20, of N. Main St., Warsaw, was arrested on a City Court arrest warrant at the Wyoming County Jail for failure to appear in court on November 14, 2017.
Haugh was transported to the Batavia Police Department where bail was posted.
Haugh was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on December 19, 2017.
Shane E. Dann, 41, of Swan St., Batavia, was arrested on a City Court bench warrant on December 17, 2017.
Dann was released on recognizance and will appear in City Court on January 2, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Kiara M. McCoy, 28, of Woodward St., Rochester, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, uninspected motor vehicle and speeding in a zone after a traffic stop on Walnut street on December 15, 2017.
McCoy was allegedly found to possess marijuana which was found in the passenger side glove compartment of the vehicle.
McCoy was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 9, 2018.
