Jacklyn M. Ganzhorn, 30, of Genesee St.Rd., Attica, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly striking another person on Orangegrove Drive in Batavia on December 14, 2017.
Ganzhorn was arraigned at the Town of Batavia Court and will return to court on January 23, 2018.
Nikkia M. Phillips, 31, of E.Main St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from Wal-Mart on December 17, 2017.
Phillips was issued an appearance ticket and released. She will appear in Batavia Town Court on January 18, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Anthony M. Strollo, 59, of Bethany Center Rd., Bethany, is charged with trespass after allegedly walking on property without permission on Wortendyke road on December 12, 2017.
Strollo was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 22, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
