BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Three people charged after altercation on Center street

Three people have been charged with harassment 2nd after a physical altercation that occurred at 12 Center street on February 15, 2018 at 6:17p.m.

Rae C. Cook, 28, of Clinton St. Rd., Bergen, allegedly struck another person several times in the face and head during the altercation.

Raymond C. Cook, 47, of Clinton St. Rd., Bergen, allegedly held the arms of another person during the altercation.

Lyndsay J. Wilcox, 33, of Center St., Batavia, allegedly struck a person during the incident.

All three were issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on March 6, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Cody A. Eaton, 28, of Otis St., Batavia, is charged with 2 counts of petit larceny, 2 counts of criminal contempt 2nd,, and 2 counts of burglary 2nd, following a domestic dispute on East Main Street on February 13, 2018 at 11:31a.m.

Eaton was arraigned and held without bail. He appeared in City Court on February 16, 2018.

 

 

James J. Bachorski, 49, of Webber Ave., Oakfield, is charged with possession of a weapon on Genesee County government property at 15 Main street on January 19, 2018 at 9:30a.m.

Bachorski was allegedly found to be in possession of a dangerous weapon, a cutting instrument, during a probation meeting while at the Probation Office.

He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 20, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.

 

 

Joseph M. Blatchley, 40, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with falsifying business records 1st, following an investigation into the removal and alteration of business records at a local business at 202 Oak Street on February 4, 2018.

Blatchley was employed at the business at the time.

He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 20, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Jason L. Johnson, 35, of Autumn Chapel Way, North Chili, NY, is charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Walnut street on February 14, 2018.

Johnson was issued an appearance ticket and released.  He will appear in City Court on February 20, 2018.

 

 

Ronald P. Dixon Jr., 39, of Pearl St. Rd., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court after he failed to make a court appearance.

Dixon was arraigned in City Court and jailed. He will re-appear in court on February 20, 2018.
