Joseph E. Marr, 39, of Nesbitt Rd., Attica, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after violating a stay away order of protection on February 16, 2018 at a Main street road address.
On February 17, 2018 at 4:00a.m., Marr and Jenna L. Josephite, 29, of Main St. Rd., Batavia, were each charged with endangering the welfare of a child after they allegedly used cocaine in the presence of their one year old child before driving the child from Attica to Batavia while under the influence of drugs.
Devon R. Peters, 23, of Franklin St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate and failure to notify the DMV of an address change after a traffic stop in the Town of Bergen on February 18, 2018.
Peters was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on March 7, 2018 at 5:00p.m.
