On January 26, 2018, on Monroe Orleans County Line Road in Brockport, Investigator Gifaldi of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Anthony Joseph Rios, 65, of Brockport, with criminal obstruction of breathing and 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Rios was remanded to the Jail on $5,000 cash and $10,000 bond bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date..
On January 31, 2018, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Carolyn Farrell, 74, of Albion, with petit larceny. Farrell was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On February 1, 2018, on Meadowbrook Drive, in Albion, Deputy Hazel, assisted by Deputy Marsceill of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office and Albion Police Officer McElhinny, charged Kevin Shaw, 26, of Rochester, with 3 counts criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and having an uninspected motor vehicle. Shaw was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On February 2, 2018, at the Albion Wal-Mart, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Kaitlyn Blount, 27, of Albion, with burglary 3rd and petit larceny. Blount was Arraigned in the Town of Albion court and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On February 5, 2018, on Maple Ridge Road in Medina, Deputy Fox of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged a 16 year old, of Medina, with unlawful possession of marijuana. The teen was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Shelby Court at a later date.
On February 8, 2018, on Route 31, on Gaines Basin Road in Albion, Sergeant Foeller, assisted by Deputy Tooley and Deputy Papponetti, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Fabian Torres, 27, of Illinois, with unlawful possession of marijuana, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and several traffic violations. Torres was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On February 9, 2018, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Sergeant Colonna assisted by Deputy Pahuta of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged David Brege, 31, of Medina, with petit larceny. Brege was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date..
On February 9, 2018, on Newport Drive in Murray, Sergeant Foeller of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Troy Hubler, 47, of Murray, with harassment 2nd, physical contact. Hubler was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.
On February 16, 2018, on Maple Ave., in Lyndonville, Deputy Fox of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Tyler Cornelius, 25, of Lyndonville, with unlawful imprisonment 2nd and harassment 2nd. He was remanded to the Jail on $500 cash, $1,000 bond and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court.
On February 16, 2018, on Monroe Orleans County Line Road in Murray, Deputy Fox of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Caz White, 24, of Brockport, with unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to stop at stop sign. White was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.
