GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Alabama man charged after one vehicle accident

James C. Longmire, 28, of Bloomingdale Rd., Alabama, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, speed not reasonable and prudent and failure to keep right after a one vehicle accident where Longmire failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, causing his vehicle to travel off the roadway striking an embankment on Councilhouse road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation on February 23, 2018 at 1:03 a.m.

Longmire was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket. He will return to Alabama Town Court on March 28, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.

 

 

Alexander E. Seegar, 28, of Alleghany Rd., Darien, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd/physical contact, following a domestic incident on Alleghany road in the Town of Darien on February 22, 2018.

Seegar allegedly grabbed a 13 year old child by the back of the neck during a verbal altercation.

Seegar was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on March 13, 2018 at 4:00p.m.

 

 

Barbara E. Ferrando, 46, of Summit St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after an investigation into a larceny at 4133 Veterans Memorial Drive, Wal-Mart, on February 9, 2018.

Ferrando allegedly stole an item with another person from the store. She was released on an appearance ticket and is set to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 12, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Michael L Jackson Jr., 37, of State St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation at Wal-Mart on February 15, 2018.

Jackson Jr. was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 15, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
