WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Warsaw man arrested after being found with a menu of drugs during traffic stop

Jordan Mock, 23, of Warsaw, was arrested following a 10:00p.m. traffic stop in the Village of Wyoming.

Mock was stopped for speeding, 47 MPH in a 35 MPH speed zone, on North Academy Street.

During the stop, Mock was found to be in possession of suspected crack cocaine, cocaine, heroin, marihuana, and hydrocodone pills. Mock is charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, an A misdemeanor, unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding in a zone.

He was arraigned in the Middlebury Town Court by Justice Strathern. Mock was committed to the Wyoming County Jail on $7,500 cash bail or $15,000 bond. He is to return to court on March 26, 2018.

 

 

Andrei D. Collins, Jr., 21, of Silver Springs, was arrested following a traffic stop on Warsaw Boulevard in the Village of Silver Springs on February 20, 2018.

Collins was stopped after being observed by police failing to stop at a stop sign and speeding.

Collins was then found to be driving with no driver’s license.

Collins failed field sobriety testing and he was taken to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office for a drug influence evaluation by a Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office Drug Recognition Expert.

Collins was found to be impaired by cannabis and unable to operate a vehicle safely.

Collins is charged with DWAI/Drugs, unlicensed operator, failure to stop at a stop sign and speeding in a zone.

Collins was released to a sober third party, and is scheduled to answer the charges on March 12, 2018 in the Village of Silver Springs Court.

 

 

Teresa M. Reisdorf, 48, of Varysburg, and Carleton G. Richardson, 25, of  Java, were both arrested for multiple drug charges following a traffic stop on Route 98 in the Town of Orangeville on February 17, 2018.

Reisdorf was the driver of a vehicle stopped for an equipment infraction, during the traffic stop, heroin, marihuana and multiple pieces of drug paraphernalia were located inside the vehicle and on their persons.

Reisdorf also failed field sobriety testing at the scene of the traffic stop and she was taken to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office for a drug influence evaluation by a Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office Drug Recognition Expert. Reisdorf was found to be impaired by a narcotic analgesics and cannabis and unable to operate a vehicle safely.

Richardson is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd and unlawful possession of marijuana. Richardson was issued an appearance ticket and released to his mother.

Reisdorf is charged with DWAI/ Drugs, driving while ability impaired by the combined influence of drugs, insufficient tail lamps, driver’s view obstructed, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Reisdorf was released to a sober third party.

Both Reisdorf and Richardson are scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Orangeville Court on March 14, 2018.
