Cale D. Rice, 41, of Drake St., Elba, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction within 10 years, felony driving with a BAC of .08% or more, previous conviction within 10 years, speeding in excess of 55mph and failure to notify the DMV of an address change, after a traffic stop on Rt. 98 in Elba on February 24, 2018 at 1:06a.m.
Rice was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Elba Court on March 21, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.
