On January 20, 2018, on North Manning Road in Holley, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the New York State Troopers, charged Ryan Shampine, 21, of Holley, with criminal mischief 3rd and harassment 2nd. Shampine was remanded to the jail on $1,500 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.
On January 21, 2018, on Lyndonville Road in Medina, Deputy Pahuta assisted by Sergeant Colonna of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Damian Cogovan, 19, of North Tonawanda, with criminal mischief 4th. Cogovan was remanded to the jail on $250 cash, $1000 bond bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court at a later date.
On January 21, 2018, on Baker Road in Kent, Sergeant Colonna of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Edwin Allen Jr, 41, of Kent, with harassment 2nd. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Carlton Court at a later date.
On January 25, 2018, on Eagle Harbor Road in Barre, Deputy Hazel assisted by Deputy Marsceill and Deputy Reimer of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged an18-year-old male with DWI 1st offense, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd. The teen was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Barre Court at a later date.
