Matthew T. Dixon, 39, of Silver Springs, was arrested after an investigation into an unwanted guest complaint on February 27, 2018.
Deputies were dispatched to Orchard Street in the Village of Silver Springs where a complainant reported Dixon was attempting to break down their front door.
Dixon left the scene while deputies were enroute to the scene. Dixon was later found at his own residence.
Following the investigation, Dixon was taken into custody for DWI. Dixon is charged with aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or higher, driving with .08% BAC or higher and DWI.
Dixon was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court where bail was set in the amount of $10,000.00 cash bail or bond. Dixon is being held in the Wyoming County Jail awaiting a March 12, 2018 court appearance in the Village of Silver Springs Court.
