Jonathan C. Hoges, 35, of Jackson St., Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after an investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in an around the City of Batavia.
On March 13, 2018, Drug Task Force Officers and Batavia Police arrested Hoges while on Jackson street. Hoges allegedly sold crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force on two occasions.
He was remanded to the Genesee County Jail with no bail and will be arraigned Wednesday morning.
