ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Homeless man arrested at the Erie County Jail on arrest warrants

On February 23, 2018, at the Erie County Jail, Deputy Fox of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office assisted by FT Laudico, arrested Robyn Milliman, 30, homeless, on an arrest warrant for criminal mischief 4th. He was arraigned in the Town of Shelby Court and was released on his own recognizance.

On February 23, 2018, at the Erie County Jail, Deputy Fox of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office assisted by FT Laudico, arrested Robyn Milliman, 30, homeless, on an arrest warrant on the charges of aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, no inspection certificate and sticker not affixed. He was arraigned in the Town of Shelby Court and was released on his own recognizance.

On February 27, 2018, at the Public Safety Building in Albion, Deputy Pahuta of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office arrested Hunter Green, 21, of Lyndonville, on a County Court arrest warrant. He was remanded to the Jail.

On February 27, 2018, at the Albion Walmart, Deputy Pahuta of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Darlene Valashinas, 48, of Kent, with petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.

On March 1, 2018, at the Albion Walmart, Investigator Gifaldi of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Zachary Lester, 30, of Albion, with petit larceny. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later.

On March 1, 2018, on Ridge Road in Gaines, Deputy Riemer of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Mitchell Merrill, 32, of Medina, with unauthorized use of vehicle without owner consent and petit larceny. He was arraigned by the Town of Gaines Court and was remanded to the Jail on $2,500 cash/$5,000 bond bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Gaines Court at a later date.

On March 5, 2018, on Ridge Road in Holley, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Norbert Mundt III, 22, of Morton, with criminal mischief 4th. He was arraigned in the Town of Murray court and remanded to the Jail on $500 cash/bond bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.

On March 6, 2018, at the Orleans County Public Safety Building in Albion, Investigator Gifaldi of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by Lyndonville Officer Larkin, charged Michael McKinney, 28, of Lyndonville, with criminal possession of marijuana 4th stemming from an October 2017 incident. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court at a later date.

On March 8, 2018, at the Orleans County Jail, Investigator Gifaldi of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Kolin McKain, 21, of Albion, with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and possession of contraband while in prison. He was arraigned by the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the Jail on $250 cash bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
