BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/State street man charged after damaging a wall at Washington Towers

Elliot L. Lyons, 27, of State St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief after security footage revealed that he allegedly damaged a wall inside Washington Towers at 1 State street on March 12, 2018 at 11:19 a.m.

Lyons was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 20, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

Rebecca V. Flanagan, 41, of Sliker Hill Rd., Conesus, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely following a traffic stop at 455 Ellicott Street on March 14, 2018.

Batavia police were investigating an erratic operation complaint when Flanagan was located.

She was processed and was held in the Genesee County Jail and appeared in City Court on March 16, 2018.

 

Katty L. Jackson, 22, of Summer St., Buffalo, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after an incident on Central avenue on March 18, 2018. Police were called to the residence for a complaint and upon arrival, Jackson was present and allegedly violated an order of protection.

Jackson was processed and will appear in City Court on March 20, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

Paula G. Pierce, 26, of Lewis Place, Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court for allegedly failing to comply with court ordered programs as part of her sentence.

Pierce was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court on March 19, 2018 .
