BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Two charged with failure to comply

Jeremy S. LaCarte, 40, of Kibbe Ave., Batavia, was arrested on a City Court bench warrant for failure to comply with conditions on March 25, 2004.

LaCart was transported to the Batavia Police Department where he posted cash bail.

He was issued an appearance ticket and released and will appear in City Court on April 3, 2018.

 

 

Latiqua S. Jackson, 24, no permanent address, was arrested on a City Court bench warrant for failing to comply with a court program on January 16, 2018.

Jackson was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of bail.

Jackson will appear in City Court later today.

 

 

A 17 year old male, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of marijuana and criminal use of drug paraphernalia on March 25, 2018 at 1 Main street.

He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on April 3, 2018.

 

 

Jacqueline M. Bigelow, 55, of Prune St., Batavia, is charged with dog running at large after police responded to Prune street for the report of an aggressive dog running at large in the area on March 26, 2018.

Bigelow was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on April 3, 2018

 

 

Roseann Cooper, 48, of Pearl St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following a shoplifting complaint at Top’s Supermarkets, 390 West Main street, on March 25, 2018.

Cooper is accused of concealing $33.54 worth of merchandise in her purse and leaving the store without paying for it.

Cooper was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court later today at 1:00 p.m.
