GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Elba man accused of selling another person’s property at a pawn shop

Matthew S. Williams, 30, of Hundredmark Rd., Elba, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 5th and falsifying business records 2nd after a larceny complaint on Oak Orchard road in the Town of Elba on March 20, 2018.

Williams allegedly sold another person’s property at a pawn shop in the Town of Batavia.

Williams was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and was released under supervision of Genesee Justice.

He will re-appear in court on April 10, 2018 at 2:30p.m.

 

 

Tyler L. Walls, 21, of Upper Holley Rd., Holley, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and criminal possession of marijuana 4th after being pulled over for a speeding violation on Holley Byron road on March 23, 2018.

After an investigation, it was discovered that Walls driver’s license had been suspended on multiple occasion.

A quantity of marijuana was also located in the vehicle, about 97 grams.

Walls was issued a speeding ticket and issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Byron Town Court on April 9, 2018 at 5:00p.m.

 

 

A 16 year old male is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly hosting a party at his residence that involved juveniles and alcohol on Gilbert road in Bergen on February 23, 2018.

The teen was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on April 11, 2018 at 5:00p.m.

 

 

Tyler J. Henderson, 29, of Maple Ave., Oakfield, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speeding in a zone 53/40, after a traffic stop on Lewiston road on March 24, 2018.

Henderson was issued tickets to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 19, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

James A. Douglas, 67, of Alger St., Rochester, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a pre screening device and speeding in a zone, 54/40, after a traffic stop on Lewiston road in Batavia on March 24, 2018.

Douglas was arrested and arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed in lieu of $300 bail.
