GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Pavilion man jailed after being charged with rape

Jerod M. Baltz, 38, of Sparks Rd., Pavilion, is charged with rape 1st/intercourse forcible compulsion and criminal sexual act 1st/forcible compulsion after an incident on Sparks road in Pavilion on March 18, 2018 at 2:00a.m.

Baltz was arraigned on April 27, 2018 in the Town of Pavilion Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.

He will re-appear in Pavilion Town Court on May 1, 2018 at 3:00p.m.

 

 

Jesse James Sasiadek, 24, of Cayuga Creek Rd., Cheektowaga, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, operating impaired by drugs, driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol combined, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Rt. 19 in the Town of Bergen on April 29, 2018.

Sasiadek was pulled over following the observation of a vehicle and traffic violation.

Sasiadek was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Bergen Court on June 6, 2018 at 5:00p.m.
