On April 27, 2018 at about 11:33p.m., the Attica Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on West Avenue that almost collided with an Attica Patrol car.
Officers determined that the operator, Ronald Vallett, 66, of Creek Rd., Attica, was impaired by alcohol.
Vallett was processed at the Attica Police Department for Driving While Intoxicated after providing a breath sample of .13% BAC, and is charged with driving with a BAC of .08% or more.
He was also charged with failure to yield the right of way
Vallett was arraigned in the Village of Attica Court and subsequently released on his own recognizance.
Vallett is to reappear in the Village of Attica on May 7, 2018.
