Christopher J. Doxey, 33, of E. Center St., Medina, is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal mischief 4th/preventing an emergency call, harassment 2nd and unlawful imprisonment 2nd after a domestic incident in Alabama on May 10, 2018.
Doxey was arraigned in Alabama Town Court and jailed on $5,000 cash bail and $10,000 bond bail.
He will re-appear in court on June 7, 2018 4:30p.m.
Joseph J. Kuzma, 38, of Byron Holley Rd., Byron, is charged with grand larceny 3rd, for stealing property with a value in excess of $3,000 and trespass, for knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining on the victim’s premises after an investigation into stolen property from a location on Byron Elba road in Byron on January 31, 2018.
Kuzma was additionally charged with criminal possession of stolen property 5th for knowingly possessing stolen property with intent to benefit himself in June of 2016 in the Village of Bergen.
Kuzma was arraigned in the Town of Byron Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. He is scheduled to appear in both the Town of Byron and Town of Bergen Courts at a later date.
Lovelle W. Ince, 20, of Queens Village, NY, is charged with two counts of criminal mischief 4th after allegedly punching a large hole in a wall and damaging a door on Batavia Stafford Townline road on May 6, 2018.
Ince was released with an appearance ticket and is to appear in Batavia Town Court on May 21, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Michael J. Romanowski, 45, of Green Leaf Meadow, Rochester, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more,(.14%)refusal to take a breath test/prescreen and open container in a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at a traffic check point on Lewiston road in Alabama on May 10, 2018.
Romanowski was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Alabama Court on June 27, 2018 at 6:00p.m.
John Paul E. Dougherty, 23, of Tracy Ave., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speed unreasonable for hazard, moving from a lane unsafely and driving to the left of pavement markings after a motor vehicle accident on West Sweden road in Bergen on May 12, 2018.
Dougherty was also charged with criminal possession of marijuana 5th.
He was released on n appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on June 6, 2018 at 7:00p.m.
