BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Woman accused of stealing from employer

Carolann Hyde, 61, of Burke Dr., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after an investigation where Hyde was found to allegedly have stolen merchandise from her employer at 412 East Main street on May 8, 2018.

Hyde was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 22, 2018.

 

Paul C. Ferraro, 23, of S. Pearl St., Oakfield, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, possession of a hypodermic instrument and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd after being found to be in possession of a quantity of suspected heroin and hypodermic syringes.

Ferraro’s NYS driver’s license was also found to be suspended.

Ferraro was charged at 29 Central avenue on May 3, 2018. He was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on May 8, 2018.

 

 

Tatiana C. Lugo, 23, homeless, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd and resisting arrest after a domestic incident on N. Spruce street where she refused to leave a residence.

Lugo was arraigned in City Court and was remanded to the jail on $2,000 cash and $4,000 bond bail.

She is due back in court on May 14, 2018.

 

 

Morgan L. Cox Jr., 26, of Central Avenue, Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant after he failed to appear in court to answer traffic tickets related to aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 2nd  involving alcohol, speeding and operating without a license.

Cox Jr. is currently being held in the Genesee County Jail on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 bond bail.

He will appear in court later today.

 

 

Michelle L. Misiak, 52, of Fisher Park, Batavia, was located walking westbound on East Main street in front of DePaul House and was arrested on a City Court bench warrant on from January 18, 2018.

Misiak was arrested on May 7, 2018.

Misiak was jailed in lieu of $250.00 bail.

 

 

Thomas E. Brenkus, 50, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with DWI after a traffic stop on Clinton street in Batavia on May 12, 2018.

Brenkus was issued uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on May 16, 2018 at 9:00a.m.

 

 

Rae C. Cook, 29, of Central Ave., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant after she failed to appear in court after an incident in February 2018.

Cook was arraigned in City Court and held on $250 cash or bond bail.

She is scheduled to appear later today in City Court.
