An East Pembroke man has died from injuries sustained in an ATV accident in the area of 8706 Hartshorn road last evening.
Robert A. Boyce, 51, was transported to ECMC by Mercy Flight and succumbed to his injuries this morning.
According to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office, Boyce was traveling east on a trail behind the East Pembroke Fire hall and failed to negotiate a turn, rolling his ATV.
At this time both alcohol and speed are being considered to be contributing factors in the crash according to Sheriff’s Investigators.
The investigation is ongoing.
