BATAVIA/Rome, NY man currently serving time, charged in two liquor store burglaries

Edward F. Perdue, 57, of Rome, NY, is charged with burglary 3rd, conspiracy 5th and petit larceny following an investigation into a burglary at Plaza Spirits at 563 East Main street which occurred in November of 2017.

 

Perdue is currently serving time at Mohawk Correctional Facility.

He is also charged with burglary 3, grand larceny 4th, conspiracy 5th and petit larceny in an investigation into a burglary at Mr. Wine and liquor on Lewiston road in August of 2017. Perdue was additionally charged with identity theft 3rd and another charge of petit larceny after using a credit card which was stolen during a burglary at a local business.

Perdue was arraigned in City Court and was released to NYS DOCCS, he will reappear in City Court on May 22, 2018 at 1:30p.m.

Last week, Willie A Dozier, 49, of Terrace Park, Rochester, was charged with two counts of burglary 3rd and conspiracy 5th degree in both burglaries.
