PERRY POLICE REPORT/Rochester man charged after a call for an aggressive male at a business

On Thursday May 24, 2018 in the Village of Perry at a local business, Officers were called for an aggressive male.

Upon arrival it was found that the male, Nathan Arieno, 21,  of Rochester, New York had possession of a controlled substance and packaging for drug paraphilia.

Officer Spink placed Arieno under arrest in the Village of Perry.

Arieno was arraigned in Perry Village Court in front of Honorable Judge Bogart.  He was committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $2500 cash, $5000 bond.

Arieno was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree. Arieno has a return court date of June 19, 2018 at 1:00pm in Perry Village Court to answer the charges.

Officer Spink was assisted by Deputy Sampson of the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office.
