On April 26, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Juan Roman, 56 of Clyde, NY, with Driving While Impaired by Drugs. He was issued an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Gaines Court.
On May 2 at the Albion Walmart, Deputy Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Matthew Kurtz, 48 of Batavia, with Petit Larceny. He was issued an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
On May 8 at the Orleans County Department of Motor Vehicles, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Nicholas Long, 72 of Albion, with Disorderly Conduct. He was issued an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
On May 12, Deputy Cole, assisted by Deputy Fox, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Ryan Camacho, 21 of Holley, with Menacing 2nd. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court.
On May 17 at the Albion Walmart, Sergeant Foeller, assisted by Deputy Poler, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Shentelle Gagnon, 28 of Medina, with Criminal Trespass 3rd. She was issued an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
On May 20, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Melvin Newton Jr, 53 of Medina, with Petit Larceny. He was issued an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.
On May 23 at the Albion Walmart, Investigator Gifaldi of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Dustin Herzog, 29 of Albion, with Petit Larceny. He was issued and Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
