LEROY POLICE REPORT/Batavia man jailed without bail after violating a stay away order

Raymond J. Radley, 52,  of 133 Liberty Street, Batavia, was arrested by the LeRoy Police Department on June 5, 2018 and charged with nine counts of criminal contempt 1st, a class E felony.

It is alleged that between February 27, 2018 and May 16, 2018, Radley violated a full stay away order of protection by contacting and/or having communications with the protected party.

Radley was arraigned before the Hon. John Duyssen of the LeRoy Town Court and committed to the Genesee County Jail on no bail.
