GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/James street man charged in Grand Jury Indictment Warrant

Dustin L. Landin, 39, of James St., Batavia, is charged with 2 counts of  criminal sale of a controlled substance 5th, a class D felony, after being arrested on a Genesee County Grand Jury Indictment Warrant on June 11, 2018.

Landin allegedly sold a quantity of a controlled substance on two occasions to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force.

Landin was arraigned in Genesee County Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.

Task Force members were assisted in the investigation by uniformed members of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.

 

 

Antwan M. Maye, 35, of 10th St., Butner, NC, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, criminal possession of marijuana, criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, and speeding in a zone after a traffic stop for speeding on Ellicott street road in Pavilion on June 12, 2018.

Maye was stopped for traveling 51 mph in a 35 mph zone in the area of 6935 Ellicott street road.

Maye was found to allegedly possess two separate controlled substances, marijuana in excess of 25 grams and drug paraphernalia.

He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Pavilion Town Court on July 3, 2018 at 3:00p.m.
