Tina M. Callaro, 45, of Pike, was arrested following a one car roll-over accident on Route 19A in the Town of Castile.
Callaro was driving alone in her vehicle at 6:11pm June 12, 2018. when she lost control of her vehicle and drove off the roadway. Callaro’s vehicle struck a pole then overturned. Callaro was not injured.
She was arrested following a roadside investigation. She is charged with felony DWI, felony driving with .08% BAC or higher, and moving from a lane unsafely.
Callaro had previously been convicted of DWI in 2014 in the Town of Eagle Court. She was arraigned in the Town of Castile Court where she was released under pre-trial supervision. Callaro is scheduled to return to the Town of Castile Court on June 18, 2018 for further proceedings.
