Steven M. Carpino, 56, of Thompson Trail Dr., Dexter, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd and unauthorized use of a vehicle 3rd after a domestic incident on Conlon road in the Town of LeRoy on June 16, 2018.
Carpino allegedly smashed another persons phone with a hammer and then took that persons vehicle without their without their permission.
Carpino was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and jailed without bail.
He will appear in court again on June 21, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Mindy L. Stanley, 39, of Lewiston Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, DWAI/combined influence of drugs and alcohol, DWAI/drugs, failure to keep right and visibility distorted by broken glass after a traffic stop on Lewiston road in the Town of Batavia on June 16, 2018.
Stanley was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 23, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Jeffery T. Dutton, 27, of Buell St., Batavia, was arrested and charged with trespassing after allegedly entering another person’s property unlawfully in the Town of Oakfield on Macomber road on June 12, 2018.
Dutton was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on June 25, 2018.
