The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office during the Chris Stapleton Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on June 28, 2018:
The following were issued appearance tickets to appear in Darien Court on July 10, 2018 at 3:00 p.m.:
Nicholas A. Gallo, 27, of Ridge Rd., Spencerport, NY, was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found to be in possession of a baggie of marijuana while entering the concert venue.
Joseph J. Proia, 40, of W. Creek Dr., Spencerport, NY, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd and harassment 2nd after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return and grabbing a Live Nation employee by the hand and wrist while being ejected.
Dominic M. Brunette, 19, of Little Briggns Cir., Fairport, NY, was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of marijuana while entering the concert venue.
