Trisha M. Craig, 24, of S. Lake Ave., Bergen, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after an investigation into an unsupervised child walking on Rt. 19 in the Village of Bergen on June 21, 2018.
Craig allegedly acted injurious to the moral, mental and physical welfare of her 4 year old son by failing to properly secure her residence allowing her child to be outside of the residence unsupervised for an extended period of time.
Craig was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on July 11, 2018.
Carl W. Altman, 54, of Clipnock Rd., Stafford, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction within 10 years, felony driving with a BAC of .08% or more, previous conviction within 10 years, driving a motor vehicle on a sidewalk and unregistered motor vehicle after an investigation at Darien Lake on June 26, 2018 at 10:47p.m.
Altman is accused of driving on a sidewalk in a densely populated area .
He was arraigned in the Town of Darien Court and remanded to the jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail and $5,000 bond. Altman will re-appear in court on July 19, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Debora M. Donoghue, 48, of East Ave., Holley, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating the conditions of an order of protection on East Shelby road in Oakfield on May 20, 2018.
Donoghue was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on July 23, 2018 at 6:00p.m.
