GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Philadelphia man provides false name to deputies twice after beign arrested at Darien Lake

Ernest A. Smith, 36, of  Penway St., Philadelphia, is charged with trespass and false personation after being arrested at Darien Lake on June 27, 2018. Smith was then transported to the Genesee County Jail where he allegedly provided another false name, Calvin W. Smith III and then forged the same name.

Smith was then charged with forgery 2nd and falsifying business records 2nd and arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers, who remanded him to the Genesee County Jail n $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.

 

Stacy L. Parks, 38, of East Ave., Hilton, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated DWI, child passenger less than age 16, and endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly operating a motor vehicle intoxicated with a 1 year old child as a passenger in the vehicle.

Parks was pulled over in Rt. 20 in the Town of Darien on June 27, 2018 at 11:14p.m.

She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on July 17, 2018 at 4:00p.m.

 

 

John A Stoneham, 54, of Bethany LeRoy Rd., Stafford, is charged with DWI, driving with a .08% or more BAC and failure to keep right after a traffic stop in the City of Batavia at 229 West Main Street on June 28, 2018 at 10:03p.m.

Stoneham was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 11, 2018 at 9:00a.m.

 

 

Russell Ray Miles Jr., 50, of E. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief after he allegedly broke the front grill of a vehicle that was for sale on East Main street road in the Town of Batavia on June 21, 2018 at 4:54p.m.

Miles Jr. was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 9, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
