Town of Batavia Fire along with a Mercy Medic ambulance responded to the Batavia off ramp on the westbound side of the thruway on Sunday afternoon for a rollover accident.
Fire crews had to extricate driver of the vehicle.
The driver, Eddie Rivera, 41, of Rochester, was then transported to ECMC by Mercy Flight with unknown injuries.
State Police/Thruway are handling the accident.
The initial report said the vehicle struck a guardrail and then went airborne, rolling over several times, coming to rest in a ditch on the south side of the ramp.
