John Kelly, 27, of Rochester, is charged with criminal trespass, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and harassment 2nd after a domestic incident on East Bethany LeRoy Road in the Town of Stafford on June 17, 2018.
Kelly allegedly refused to leave a residence after being told he was not allowed on the property, he then fought with law enforcement while he was being removed from the property.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Stafford Town Court on July 5, 2018 at 6:00p.m.
Jacob L. Jasinski, 20, of Akron Rd., Corfu, is charged with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and unsafe tires after a one car accident at 1818 Main road in Pembroke on July 1, 2018.
Deputies arrived on location and located Jasinski’s vehicle on it’s roof with a pole broken and wires arcing in a tree.
Pembroke and East Pembroke fire departments responded to the scene along with an ambulance.
Jasinski was transported to the hospital with minor injuries and was issued appearance tickets.
He will appear in Pembroke Town Court on August 28, 2018 at 4:30 p.m.
Stephen M. Milroy, 23, of Junction Rd., Pavilion, was arrested on a bench warrant out of the Town of Alexander Court for DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more on July 1, 2018.
Milroy was arraigned in Alexander Town Court and jailed on $500 cash bail or $2,500 bond bail.
He will re-appear in court on July 10, 2018 at 4:00p.m.
Matthew R. Jackson, 27, of Vernon Ave., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, driving to the left of pavement markings, moving from a lane unsafely and failure to dim headlights after a traffic stop on Rt. 5 in the Town of Pembroke on July 1, 2018.
Jackson was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on August 16, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Jeremiah L.G. Burt, 23, of Victoria Ave., Buffalo, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after being found with a quantity of marijuana after a traffic stop on Main road in Pembroke on June 30, 2018.
Burt was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on July 10, 2018 at 4:30p.m.
