On June 15, 2018, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) out of State Police/Albion, arrested Jason A. Dusett, 43, of Lyndonville, NY, for sexual abuse 1st, a class D felony and endangering the welfare of a child.
On June 4, 2018, the BCI received a report of a possible sex crime with a juvenile.
Further investigation revealed that Dusett had sexual contact with a victim under the age of 11 years old. Dusett was arrested and processed at State Police Albion.
Dusett was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the Orleans County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash/ $20,000 bond.
