Michelle L. Westfall, 46, of Yorkshire, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on Clinton Street in the Village of Warsaw on July 2, 2018. Westfall was stopped for traffic infractions and during the traffic stop Westfall was found to be in possession of 2.37 grams of crack cocaine and a crack pipe.
Westfall was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th, a class D felony, criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor and two traffic infractions, no safety glass and holding more than one NYS License.
Westfall was also found to be on felony probation following a 2017 conviction for criminal sale of a controlled substance 5th. Westfall was arraigned in the Village of Warsaw Court where bail was set in the amount of $5,000.00 cash bail or $10,000.00 bond. She is being held in the Wyoming County Jail and is scheduled for further court proceedings on July 16, 2018.
