GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Lewis avenue man arrested after erratic driving complaint

Ronald G. Metz, 69, of Lewis Ave., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, failure to signal and failed to keep right after an erratic driving complaint on West Main street on June 29, 2018.

Metz was stopped on Redfield Parkway at 4:51p.m. and was allegedly in an intoxicated condition while operating his vehicle.

He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 18, 2018 at 9:00a.m.

The incident was investigated by Investigator Chris Parker and Deputy James Stack.

 

 

Thomas A. Wolford, 42, of Ringquist St., Las Vegas, NV, is charged with DWI, and failure to dim headlights following a traffic stop on Clinton Street in Stafford on July 2, 2018 at 1:19a.m.

Wolford was driving west on Clinton street when he allegedly failed to dim his headlights to oncoming traffic.

Wolford was arraigned in the Town of Stafford Court and will return to court on August 21, 2018 at 9:00a.m.
