BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Man charged with assault at 400 Towers

Ronnie J. Flinchum, 59, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with assault 3rd following an investigation into a domestic incident at 400 East Main street on July 1, 2018 at 3:45a.m.

Flinchum was arraigned in City Court and held in lieu of $1,000 bail.

Flinchum returned to court on July 6, 2018.

 

Keith R. White, 46, of North Tonawanda and Jeffery P. Wosniak, 49, of Niagara Falls, are charged with petit larceny, conspiracy 6th and criminal possession of stolen property 5th after allegedly stealing $985.27 worth of merchandise from Tops Supermarket at 390 West Main street.  The pair allegedly stole steaks, lobster, shrimp, a roast and several other household items. They are also accused of stealing merchandise from Wal-Mart in the Town of Batavia. The Sheriff’s Department is handling that investigation. The incidents occurred on July 6, 2018.

Wosniak and White were issued appearance tickets and appeared in City Court today to  answer the charges.

 

 

Juaquin E. Davis, 23, of Milton St., Rochester, is charged with violating an order of protection, obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest following an investigation into a domestic dispute on Thomas avenue on July 5, 2018.

Davis was arraigned in City Court and ordered held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail and $10,000 bond bail.

Davis will return to court on July 19, 2018 at 11:00a.m.

 

 

Sath P. Dhanda, 38, of Clapsaddle Rd., Bethany, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd and endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly entering a residence of a person he did not know on Swan street on July 2, 2018.

Dhanda was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $5,000 cash or bond bail.

Dhanda is also charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly spitting on another person at 14 West Main street.

Dhanda was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on July 3, 2018 on both incidents.

 

 

Joseph M. Tornabene, 26, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd and criminal mischief 4th after being accused of violating a non-offensive conduct order of protection by engaging in a domestic incident and damaging property in the presence of the protected party. The incident occurred on July 9, 2018.

Tornabene is currently being held in the Genesee County Jail on $2,500 cash bail and $5,000 bond bail.

 

 

Treyvaun T. Filbert, 23, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, following too closely and aggravated DWI after Filbert allegedly struck another motor vehicle while operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The incident occurred at 151 West Main street on June 29, 2018 at 1:05a.m.

Filbert was released on traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on July 11, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.

 

 

Erica M. Raphael, 33, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with trespass after she allegedly entered a business at 412 East Main street after having been previously banned from the store. The incident occurred on June 19, 2018.

Raphael was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court today at 1:00p.m.

 

 

 

Pavel V. Yefremenko, 30, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief after a dispute with a female acquaintance. Yefremenko is accused of intentionally damaging property that belonged to the female acquaintance. The incident occurred on Walnut street on July 4, 2018.

Yefremenko was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.

 

 

Iszon C. Richardson, 18 of Lewis Place, Batavia, was arrested on a an City Court arrest warrant for harassment 2nd that occurred on January 12, 2018.

Richardson was remanded to the jail. He is scheduled to appear at a later date.

 

 

Bleyke Z. Culver, 21, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating a complete stay away order during a disturbance on Maple street on July 5, 2018.

Culver was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 17, 2018.

 

Nicole L. Matia, 43, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with trespass following an incident in which Matia allegedly entered a neighbor’s residence and refused to leave when asked on July 5, 2018.

Matia was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court today at 1:30p.m.
