Jason F. Cole, 44, of Quaker Hill Rd., Elba, is charged with one count of rape 1st degree, three counts of rape 2nd, three counts of criminal sexual act 2nd and one count of strangulation 2nd after allegedly engaging in sexual intercourse and oral sexual conduct with another person less than 15 years old on numerous occasions on Quaker Hill road in Elba.
Cole was arraigned in Elba Town Court today and is being held at the Genesee County Jail on $50,000 bail.
Cole is scheduled to appear in Elba Town Court on July 25, 2018 to answer the charges.
The case is being investigated by Investigators Loftus, Carlson, Wescott and Deputy DeLong.
