Debora J. Bennett, 59, of Silver Springs, NY, was arrested following a roll-over motor vehicle accident on Route 238 in the Town of Attica on July 14, 2018.
Bennett was operating her 2013 Buick southbound on Route 238 when she drove across the oncoming lane, struck a guide rail and overturned the vehicle multiple times. Bennett sustained minor injuries in the event.
Bennett was later charged with failure to keep right and DWAI/Drugs.
Bennett was released and scheduled to answer the charges on August 13, 2018 in the Town of Attica Court.
