The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office during the Lynyrd Skynyrd Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on July 13, 2018:
Stuart M. Thorp, 41, of Magnolia Cres., Grimsby, Ont. Canada, was arrested for criminal trespass 3rd after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return. Thorp was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $1500 bail.
Andrew G. Lehmann, 30, of Prospect St., Attica, was arrested for disorderly conduct after allegedly flipping over benches outside the concert venue. Lehmann was arraigned in Darien Court and released on $150 bail.
Chad R. Carrington, 25, of Marcy Pl. Bronx, NY, was arrested for false personation after allegedly providing a false name to Deputies.
The following were issued appearance tickets to appear in Darien Court on July 24, 2018 at 3:00 p.m.:
Pasquale A. Damato, 43, of Kinsley Rd., Elma, NY, was arrested for harassment 2nd after allegedly punching a female in the face.
Christine M. Kroger, 52, of Barks Rd., Caledonia, NY, was arrested for trespass after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
