GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Darien teen charged after hosting party at his residence

A 17 year old male of Darien, is charged with unlawful dealing with a child 1st/providing alcohol, after deputies responded to a County Line road address for a report of an intoxicated male trespassing at a neighboring residence. The incident occurred on July 14, 2018 at 3:41a.m.

Following an investigation, the teen is accused of hosting a party at his residence and providing alcoholic beverages to individuals under the age of 21.

He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Darien Town Court on August 14, 2018 at 4:00p.m.

 

 

Carl B.J. Miller, 28, of Attica Rd., Darien, is charged with DWI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to keep right after a rollover accident on Harper road in the Town of Darien on July 15, 2018 at 2:00a.m.

Following an investigation, it was determined that there were two occupants in the vehicle at the time of the accident.

Both occupants were located and were transported to ECMC for an evaluation of minor injuries.

Miller was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on July 16, 2018 at 4:00p.m.

 

 

Nathan A. Millar, 30, of Church St., Alexander, is charged with harassment 2nd following a domestic incident in the Town Of Alexander on Church street on July 13, 2018.

Millar allegedly struck another person during a disagreement.

Millar was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on August 8, 2018 at 4:00p.m.

 

 

Roy Watson Jr., 29, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th after allegedly possessing a small quantity of cocaine on Main street in LeRoy on July 15, 2018 at 2:30a.m.

Watson Jr., was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on August 6, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
