ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Holley man charged with possessing dangerous contraband in prison

On July 1, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Angel Santiago Rosas, 30, of Medina, with DWI 1st offense, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and several traffic violations. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Gaines Court.

On July 5, 2018, at the Albion Walmart, Deputy Fox charged Jennifer Thayer, 29, of Medina, with petit larceny and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On July 6, 2018, at the Orleans County Jail, Investigator Brett charged Joshua Grosskopf, 27, of Holley, with possessing dangerous contraband in prison and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and is being held at the jail without bail.

On July 8, 2018, Deputy White, assisted by Deputy Marsceill, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Lazaro Botello, 27, of Kendall, with assault 3rd. He was arraigned in the Town of Kendall Court and was remanded to the Jail on $750 cash or $2,000 bond bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Kendall Court.

On July 10, 2018, Deputy Tooley, assisted by Deputy Fox, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Jacob Young, 25, of Kendall, with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.

On July 12, 2018, Deputy Marsceill of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Levante Brown, 24, of Gates, with criminal contempt, obstruction of breathing, and harassment 2nd. He was arraigned in the Town of Clarendon Court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court.

On July 13, 2018, at the Albion Walmart, Deputy Marsceill of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Jamie Reynolds-Bouter, 34, of Medina, with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
