On July 14, 2018, State Police in Olean arrested Beth A. Fleischman, 39, of Arcade, NY for aggravated DWI(with a child passenger less than 16) and Driving While Intoxicated.
During a traffic stop for speeding on Route 16 in the Town of Hinsdale, Troopers detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Fleischman. At the time of the stop, Fleischman had a 13-year-old passenger in the vehicle.
Troopers administered field sobriety tests which indicated Fleischman was intoxicated.
She was arrested and transported to State Police in Olean, where she was found to have a .08% BAC.
Fleischman was issued appearance tickets returnable to Hinsdale Town Court later this month.
