An East Main street man is in jail without bail after being charged with sexual abuse 1st/contact by forcible compulsion and forcible touching after allegedly forcibly touching a female acquaintance for sexual gratification on June 26, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. on East Main street.
Thomas E. Brenkus, 50, of East Main street, Batavia, was arrested July 14th and arraigned in City Court in front of Judge Balbick.
Brenkus was then remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail and re-appeared in court yesterday.
