BATAVIA/Police say a citizen found what appears to be a human bone along the creek bank

On Thursday, July 19, 2018, the Batavia Police Department received information that a citizen found what
appeared to be a human bone along the Tonawanda Creek bank in the City of Batavia.
Officers responded and took possession of the bone.
It is believed the bone has been on the creek bank for an extended period of time. The creek bank was searched and no other remains were located.
