GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia woman accused of stealing from her employer

Katlyn M. Buzzell, 18, of Burke Dr., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 4th, a class E felony, after allegedly stealing property exceeding the amount of $1,000 from a discount department store on Veterans Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia while she was employed there.

The incident occurred on July 20, 2018.

Buzzell will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 30, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

A 16 year old female of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after she allegedly stole money from her cash register while working at Wal-mart on July 13, 2018.

The teen was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 30, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Jennifer A. Roskey, 37, of S. Main St., Oakfield, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after she violated a stay away order of protection on July 19, 2018.

Roskey was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Oakfield Town Court on July 23, 2018 at 6:00p.m.
