STATE POLICE/Medina woman arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs and heroin possession after causing a motor vehicle accident in Stafford


On July 23, 2018 at 8:54 P.M., Troopers out of State Police/Batavia, arrested Samantha L. Wroblewski, 29, of Medina, NY, for operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs/1st offense, driving while intoxicated/1st offense, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, and moving from a lane unsafely.

Troopers were dispatched to Route 33 in the Town of Stafford for a one car property damage accident with report of a female falling asleep at the wheel with a hypodermic needle in her arm. Troopers interviewed Wroblewski, who admitted to possessing heroin and additional hypodermic needles. Wroblewski was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and submitted to a chemical test. She was processed at State Police Barracks in Batavia.

Wroblewski was issued traffic tickets and an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Stafford Court in August of 2018.
