Jessica Eagan, 36, of Perry, admitted to a violation of probation in Wyoming County Court last Thursday after an appearance.
Judge Michael Mohun ordered Eagan held without bail. Eagan was currently on probation for having sex with a child less than 16 years old.
In June of 2018, Eagan admitted to selling drugs when she walked in at the Perry Police Department. She was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and jailed on $500 bail.
In 2015, Eagan pleaded guilty to second-degree attempted rape following an investigation that found she had been having sex with a child less than 16 years old for over a period of two years. Her sentence was 5 years probation.
She will appear for sentencing on the probation violation on September 13, 2018.
