Seth R. Kronenwetter, 25, of Indian Creek, Eldred, PA, is charged with making a terroristic threat and aggravated harassment 2nd/threating physical harm, after allegedly making threats of violence towards patrons of a Darien Lake Concert, the Lynyrd Skynrd show, on July 13, 2018.
Kronenwetter was arraigned in the Town of Darien Court and was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
He will re-appear in court on August 27, 2018.
Brenna E. Decillis, 24, of Park Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Park road on August 1, 2018 .
At 7:18a.m, the Genesee County Sheriff’s office received a report of a motor vehicle striking a building on Park road as well as two parked vehicles.
Upon investigation, Decillis was found to have been allegedly operating her vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
Decillis was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 20, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
